Brighter Tomorrows was founded in September of 2009, by members of the former Spring Daytime Auxiliary to support a broad range of organizations that directly address the needs of domestic violence victims in Hillsborough County.
We accomplish our mission in two ways: by raising money through Brighter Tomorrows' own fundraising arm, which is distributed through grants, and by bolstering other domestic violence organizations' events and promotions by providing hands-on assistance to them to fill their volunteer needs.
Our Current Officers:
President - Marynell Palmer
Vice President - Stephanie Hobson
Treasurer - Karen Glenn
Recording Secretary - Kathy Pegram
Past President - Patricia Tabone
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
Brighter Tomorrows' purpose is to increase awareness of domestic violence in our community, sponsor educational programs designed to reduce this crime, support organizations that directly address the needs of its victims, and strive to eliminate the conditions that allow such violence to continue.
